Anger Management Programme in Harley Street

The purpose of this six week Cognitive Analytic (CAT) Anger Management Programme is for those individuals and couples who want to control their anger and express themselves effectively. What you will learn is practical techniques to develop a sense of control in being calm and discharge your anger appropriately.
